Where we deliver
We deliver pet food and supplies within Lahore. Same-day delivery in selected Lahore areas. We confirm timing by phone. You can also choose free pickup from the clinic at 47‑G Garden Tower, Barkat Market, Capt. Salman Sarwar Shaheed Rd, Babar Block, Garden Town, Lahore 54000.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs Rs 200 per order, and is free on orders over Rs 5,000. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
How orders are confirmed
After you place an order we call or WhatsApp you on the number you gave to confirm the items, address and delivery time. Orders are dispatched only after confirmation.
Payment
You can pay cash on delivery, pay at the counter when you pick up, or use the bank or mobile wallet options shown at checkout. For wallet and bank payments, our team checks every payment before dispatch. We never ask for or store card details.
Returns and exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, expired or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery at 0300 0264625 and we will replace it or refund you. Unopened food and supplies in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. For the health and safety of all pets, opened food, treats, litter and medicines cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by the same method you used, or as cash at the clinic, within 7 working days.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us at 0300 0264625 with your order number.
